How Do I Withdraw My Points?
To request a withdrawal, please visit your profile, then go to your wallet and click on "Withdraw" to convert your points to real USD.
1. What Is the Minimum Withdrawal Amount?
The minimum withdrawal is $2 USD worth of points.
2. Can I Buy Points?
Yes, you can buy points. Simply go to your wallet to buy points. You can buy points either through automatic crypto payment or manual payment.
3. When Do I Receive My Payment?
Payments are sent on the 25th of each month. Please note that payment is subject to a manual review of account activities. Ensure you do not engage in dubious activities within the forum, as this may hinder or delay your payment.
4. Can I Transfer Points to Other Members?
Yes, you can use the Donate function for this. However, if we suspect suspicious activities on your account, such as members signing up for multiple accounts with the sole aim of earning points and sending them to another account, the system will automatically ban you, and all your points will be withdrawn.
5. Why Does My Balance Sometimes Reduce Whenever I Log In?
If your new thread or reply is deleted, points earned for those replies and threads are deducted.
6. Why Was My New Thread or Reply Deleted?
a. Duplicate threads are deleted (please search the forum before posting a new thread).
b. Copy/paste contents from other sites are deleted.
c. Your thread doesn’t offer any value.
d. Your thread is solely promotional.
e. Your thread promotes violence or is deceptive/fraudulent.
f. Your thread contains prohibited topics (please check our Post terms and conditions).
7. Why Was My Account Banned?
We've detected that you violated our forum rules. If you think this is a mistake, kindly contact our support.
8. How Many Accounts Can I Have?
You are allowed to have one account per household.
9. Can I Lose Points for Inactivity?
If you don't log in at least once per month, your point balance will reset to zero.
10. Is There a Posting Limit?
Yes, you have 25 posts + 25 reply earning slots per 24 hours. After you reach this limit, any posts and replies you publish won’t earn you rewards until the next day.
11. Why Wasn’t I Given Any Points After Creating a Post/Thread?
To earn points for a specific post, the post must contain a minimum of 100 words or 579 characters.
12. Why Wasn’t I Given Any Points After Replying to a Topic/Post?
Either you have used your total reply point earning slots for the day or your reply wasn’t a minimum of 10 words or 51 characters to receive points.
13. I Referred a Member, but I Wasn’t Awarded the $1 Referral Reward
In order to receive $1 for a particular referral, the referred member must be active on our forum for a minimum of 3 months and must have created a minimum of 100 topics/threads, with each thread containing a minimum of 100 words or 579 characters. Once this is certified, you will automatically receive $1 worth of points.
14. I Referred a Member, but It Didn’t Count for Me
If the system detects suspicious referral activities on your account, it won’t count for you. You are not allowed to participate in the self-referral program. This will result in your account being banned.
15. Why Did My Referral Link Disappear?
Our system detected suspicious referral activities on your account, indicating participation in the self-referral program. However, if you believe this was an error, kindly contact support.
